Casey sells rotary bar straighteners that can be used to correct the shape of bar, pipe, tubes and round products. The material to be straightened may be carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, brass or aluminum. Some bar straighteners are configured as a two roll straightener, where the rolls can have either a convex or concave shape and are positioned in an offset angular pattern. These are best suited for shape correcting bar products. Multiple roll straighteners also have inline opposing rolls, but the rolls are held parallel to each other. These types of straighteners are used for better and faster shape correction in pipe and bar products. Many of the straighteners were manufactured by Medart, Blawknox, Meeco, Kieserling, Bronx and Sutton. Rotary bar straighteners are generally sized by the maximum bar size in inches, such as a Medart no 5 or Medart no 6. Contact Casey Equipment for a quote on used bar straighteners for sale.
